	The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has represented the Grand Strand’s business community for 70 years. The chamber serves Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Little River, Atlantic Beach, Garden City Beach, Loris, Conway, Aynor, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield Beach, and Pawleys Island.

	Meeting the needs of young people in communities worldwide, Optimists have been "Bringing Out the Best in Kids" for 83 years. Through positive service projects aimed at providing a helping hand to youth, Optimist volunteers are known for their upbeat attitudes. By believing in young people and empowering them to be the best they can, Optimists continually make this world a better place to live.

	For 95 years, this motto has served as the underlying motif of our efforts to carry out humanitarian service, promote high ethical standards, and work for international understanding and peace.
